Nintendo Wii 2010- What’s next?
The Wii Nintendo is one of the leading video game consoles in the world and belongs to the class of gaming consoles like the Xbox 360 of Microsoft and PlayStation 3 of Sony. Keeping in step with all the other global organizations, the Wii Nintendo also intends to bring about certain changes in its products which are not only meant as tactics to beat competition but are also meant to as an image make-over for Wii as a brand.
With Valentine’s Day scheduled on 14th February, Nintendo has decided to commemorate this particular day by introducing its series of colored remotes which would replace the normal black and white remotes. Gaming enthusiasts in North America would have a choice between the two colors blue and pink and hence apart from being immersive and accurate these accessories would lend a splash of color to gaming.
The month of February is indeed meant to be eventful for those connected with the Wii Nintendo gaming industry as a new Game named DodoGo was scheduled for release on February 12th. This is an easy game which can be played by gamers of all ages and makes effective use of intuitive game-play in a fluid and interactive environment enabling the player to dig, cut, scratch, place and connect items. The game is characterized with progressive levels of difficulty and multiple solutions are provided to the player at each level.
The Mega Man 10 would be included in the WiiWare from 1st March, 2010, and it is expected to feature the final weapon list related to the game in addition to the easy mode screens. Another Wii Nintendo game which has been recently reviewed is the part of the Final Fantasy Crystal chronicles namely The Crystal Bearers. The Crystal Bearers – Live Stream ran on 11th February 2010 in the afternoon for almost 2 hours and the general opinion was that although the first half an hour was boring, the game later picks up and becomes exciting.
The Wii Nintendo multiple summits will be held in the last week of this month in multiple countries and gaming enthusiasts all over world are awaiting the release of one of the most awaited Wii games namely ‘The Legend of Zelda’. Some other Wii games which are due to be released in 2010 are Super Mario Galaxy 2, Meteoroid and a Japanese game named ‘Zangeki no Reginleiv’. The media summits are also expected to introduce new online infrastructure and although the Wii twitter expects the summit to be extraordinary, the general speculation is that it would just stop short of being revolutionary.
